1. Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in (via Google / Firebase Authentication) we receive your email address and a unique account identifier.
• Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store or see your full card number; we receive only billing metadata (e.g. subscription status, last 4 digits, country) from Stripe.
• Service configuration you provide — for example a Telegram bot token you choose to connect, and deployment settings. These are used only to set up and run your own cloud instance.
• Deployment & usage metadata — server region, deployment status, credit usage, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the service and provide support.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand traffic and measure marketing. These set cookies and collect standard device/usage data.

2. How we use your information

• To deploy, secure, monitor, and maintain your dedicated cloud computer.
• To process subscriptions, billing, and credits.
• To provide one-on-one support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, security issues, and policy violations.
• To improve our service and measure our marketing.

3. Your cloud computer and what the AI can access

The cloud computer we deploy is dedicated to you alone. It only ever accesses your own cloud instance and the accounts and data you connect to it — it never touches any third-party computer or any device that is not yours. Every session is visible to you, you remain in full control of what the assistant can run, and you can pause or shut it down at any time. We do not access the contents of your sessions except where reasonably necessary to provide support or maintain safety and security, consistent with this policy and applicable law.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share limited information with infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. These providers include:

• Hosting / VPS providers (e.g. Hetzner, Contabo) — to run your cloud computer.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google / Firebase — authentication, database, and analytics.
• Cloudflare — DNS and network security.
• AI model providers (via our routing proxy / OpenRouter) — to fulfil AI requests you make.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, to remember preferences, and for analytics/advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data security

Access to your remote desktop is gated behind authentication, encrypted in transit, and protected with sandboxed execution, rate limiting, credit caps, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.

7. Data retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated deployment data within a reasonable period.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account and associated data, contact [email protected].

9. Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
